An Ideal Place to Learn: Averaging just 2 people per skiable acre, you won’t have to worry about the pros skiing rings around you as you’re trying to get your footing. You’ll have plenty of space to practice your pizza and French fries if you’re a beginner, and if you want lessons, the Snowmass Ski and Snowboard School is often touted as one of the best in the country.
