Window of the World, Shenzhen
By: Keryn Means
The Eiffel Tower looms ahead as you walk through stone archways into Southeast Asia. Confusing it may be, but you are about to embark on a miniature afternoon adventure around the world. Window of the World in Shenzhen, China offers up a quirky take on many of the world’s most historic sights. Just make sure you don’t step on them as you walk by. The Taj Majal, Pyramids of Giza, Roman coliseum, windmills of Holland, Angkor Wat, Mount Fuji, Sydney Opera House, and the Statues of Easter Island will cause you some geographical confusion, but just go with it and have a fun day sightseeing across the globe, except China; they get their own theme park down the street.
